I came across this publication: Bioactive Candy: Effects of Licorice on the Cardiovascular System - PMC that indicates that excessive consumption of Licorice can increase your Blood Pressure (BP) leading to Cardiovascular issues. Has anyone here experienced the effects of Licorice and if so what have been your experience?
And, what are some some things that have helped with lowering Blood Pressure? For me it looks like Hibiscus Tea and Exercise help in reducing BP.
